Executive Director, Boomers Leading Change in Health
Barbara Raynor is Executive Director of Boomers Leading Change in Health (BLCiH), a ground-breaking effort that mobilizes volunteers 50 and over to connect the underserved in Metro Denver to healthcare resources. Since July 2010, more than 350 BLCiH volunteers and AmeriCorps Encore Members have assisted nearly 60,000 people at more than three dozen host sites. Barbara serves on the Denver Commission on Aging and was appointed by Gov. John Hickenlooper to Colorado’s new Strategic Action Planning Group on Aging.
